Appointments

All appointments can be scheduled through Booksy with your specific service provider. Always double-check the appointment time, location, services, and your personal schedule before booking. Contact your service provider for any questions regarding your appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your appointment total is required to secure your time slot. Your deposit will go towards the final total upon completion. This secures your appointment and protects our time as an appointment-only business. In cases of cancellations before 48 hours, deposits can be credited towards a new appointment date within 30 days.

Cancellations

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit any deposits and be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

Reschedules

Appointments can be rescheduled 48+ hours in advance to a new date within a month of the original appointment. The non-refundable deposit may be credited once to a rescheduled appointment. A new deposit will be required if multiple reschedules are made.

Late Policy

We offer a 10-minute grace period to accommodate unforeseen delays. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please contact your manicurist to confirm if we can still accommodate your appointment. Arrival beyond 10 minutes may result in a partial or complete service refusal.

Being later than 15 minutes with no notice will result in a no-show and cancellation fee. No show appointments will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service and will be blacklisted from future scheduling until payment is made.

Refunds

Verity maintains a no-refund policy for all services. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 3-day guarantee during which you may return for complimentary adjustments. Any additional corrections requested beyond this timeframe ware subject to an additional service fee.
