Can I reschedule my appointment to another manicurist's schedule at Verity?
Ex. I have an appointment with Maria. Can I reschedule that appointment with Lilly?
We are separate service providers with separate schedules. Deposits will not be transferred to and from service providers.
Please reschedule with the manicurist you are originally booked with to avoid losing your deposit.
What if I can't find any availability?
Unfortunately we are a small team! If there is no availability, we recommend joining the waitlist for appointments through Booksy to be notified of openings.
I've seen Sofia once before. Can I still book with Maria or Lilly?
We have added Sofia's clients populated from Booksy as a regular client so if you aren't a recent client you can still book a manicure with Serena as her books are open to all clients.
When and how long can I book for?
. Maria and Lilly's books will be open 30-60 days in advance. Appointments made past September 11th from Sofia's clients on our books will not be approved.
Will I be able to book with Maria or Lilly after Sofia returns from maternity leave?
As we already have full books, we are only temporarily assisting. After Sofia returns from maternity leave on September 11th, we will be closing our books to Sofia's clients. Serena's books are currently open to all clients.
